Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Ruby Radiance, we take utmost care in curating and delivering high-quality crystals, soaps, essential oils, and spiritual tools with love and intention. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return

• You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
• Returns are accepted only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a wrong/damaged product, we will either:

• Offer store credit/refund, or
• Replace it with the same item (subject to stock availability).

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and energy sensitivity of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

• Astrology, numerology, or vastu consultation services
• Crystal soaps and bath products
• Essential oils and roll-ons
• Used or customized crystals, bracelets, and pendulums

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Return Process

• Email us at support@rubyradiance.in within 5 days of delivery.
• Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product (in case of damage).
• We will guide you through the pickup/return process.
